One of our customers asked for our help to improve the process of drying fruit and vegetables in Africa. Sun drying is currently the standard method. The issues with this method are with the quality (microbiological issues) and uniform shape and colour of the product. By using solar drying with a round-the-clock system we expect to increase the quality significantly.
In the first quarter of 2021, different tests will be done to prepare a system for demonstration in Africa.
